Yayasan Sion Salatiga Child Welfare Institution (Sion Dormitory) was established in response to Yayasan Sion Salatiga's concern for the children of GKJTU on the slopes of Merbabu who wished to continue their education but were hindered by distance and financial constraints. Sion Dormitory aims to shape foster children into mature, independent, and faithful individuals through spiritual guidance, educational support, leadership training, and independence.

Yayasan Sion’s Health Unit provides healthcare services to rural areas through mobile clinics, health education, basic medical care, and community health worker training. Together with medical volunteers and partners, this program aims to improve public health as a tangible expression of God’s love for others.

Yayasan Sion’s Women’s Empowerment Program provides women with training, business mentoring, and access to capital. The program aims to foster independence, self-confidence, and active participation in family and community life.

Yayasan Sion's Adoption Program provides educational assistance to children from low-income families, while also fostering their character to become independent and caring toward others. Its activities include regular scholarships, mentoring, guidance, and sponsor engagement.

Yayasan Sion’s Disaster Response Unit works to empower communities to be prepared, responsive, and resilient in the face of disasters. Through training, emergency aid, recovery efforts, and initiatives to strengthen the economy and public health, this program operates in disaster-prone areas in collaboration with local partners to build stronger, more caring communities.

SMK Tarunatama (Tarunatama Getasan Vocational School), established in 2004 in Getasan District, aims to equip students with job skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. The school offers four programs of study—Accounting, Computer Engineering, Fashion Design, and Motorcycle Engineering—and collaborates with industry and various other institutions.

Getasan Christian Junior High School is one of the secondary education facilities under the auspices of the Yayasan Sion Salatiga. This school was established so that elementary school graduates living in Getasan, Kopeng, and surrounding areas could enjoy accessible education.

Delisha Kids Early Childhood Education Center has been operating in Getasan since 2023 as a response to the needs of young families for safe, affordable, and Christian-based early childhood education and childcare services. Serving children aged 1–6 years through Day Care, Play Group, and Kindergarten, this early childhood education center integrates the government curriculum with Christian values. Partnering with parents, the Getasan Health Center, and Partnership Lentera, Delisha Kids is committed to nurturing a generation of character and hope.
